Cesar Marquez - Founder

With over two decades of aviation maintenance experience - including service in the U.S. Army as a 15T Helicopter Repairer -  Cesar built Safer Skies Aviation to deliver unmatched fixed and mobile helicopter maintenance. His career has spanned hands-on repairs, FAA regulatory compliance, and leadership roles in both Part 91, Part 133 and Part 135 operations.

Cesar's mission is simple: keep aircraft flying safely, reliably, and efficiently. He believes in combining technical precision with transparent communication so every operator has confidence in their aircraft and in the person maintaining it.

When he's not in the field  or on the hangar floor, Cesar enjoys spending time with his wife and children, continually learning, and building systems that raise safety standards across the industry.
